can't open some pages

while using the internet, when i opened another page from
the main one it show me a red x in the top of the p[age
and nothing in the rest of the page. when i hit the
warning icon i get the following error:

Proplem with this Web page might prevent it from being
displayed properly or functioning properly.

note: in another PC i can open that pages.

plesae help me to resolve this issue.

Any popup stopper or security programs not permitting this page to be
viewed.

Compare the ActiveX setting of both computers.

Tools/Internet Options/Security/Custom level....
