Can't open Shared Folder.

We put in a new 2003 Server.
All the workstations utilize a shared drive for backend data files
as well as for storing all of their data files as this is what gets backed
up.

All xp & win2k workstations can open the shared directory fine.
We have one nt4 box that joined the Domain fine, and can see
all the other shared drives fine but cannot see the 2003 box shared
directory.

Keep getting "access denied" It's not a user issue because the same user
gets in fine from any other box. also, even when logged in
as administrator the problem exists.

any help with this is much appreciated.

It's probably domain related. At which mode is your domain, mixed, native?
What groups have access to that share? Remember that 2003 Server does not
grant Everyone access by default like previous O/S's. You need to
explicitly grant groups/users permissions as needed.
