Can't open reminder details in web access

We are unable to open reminder details in web access. When I click on the
"help" I get an script errror.
 
Can you give us some more detail? The terms you are using aren't familiar
to me--I'm not sure what specific products you are talking about.
 
We use Exchange Web Access. When the reminder window in Web Outlook comes we
are unable to open the "reminder" either by double clicking or selecting
"open". The hour glass come up for about 1 second then nothing else opens.
 
Thanks- -that's clear. I think it is unlikely that this is Windows
Defender related, and likely that it is related to some specific critical
security patch. Do you have a clear picture of just when this behavior
change started?
