Hello,

I get following error message:

Microsoft Outlook

Can't create file: xxx.pdf. Right-click the folder you want to create the
file in, and then click Properties in shortcut menu to check your permission
for the folder.

Tried in vane:

1) Re-installed acrobat
2) Deleted all temp files
3) set priv of My Documents wide open.
4) re-created Outlook profile

Noticed that only some files can't be opened, some it has no problem with!

Anyone has any ideas will be very much appreciated

Thanks

You didn't delete the correct temporary files and you certainly didn't
Google for the answer before you posted because the problem has been solved
many times in the past.

Assuming Windows 2000/XP, close Outlook, open a command prompt window, and
enter

cd %UserProfile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
dir /a

Look for a folder whose name starts with OLK. Supposed you find OLKE25, for
example. Delete the folder and its contents with the following command:

rmdir /q /s OLKE25

Of course, use the folder name YOU found. Exit the command prompt window
and restart Outlook. I'll bet your attachments open now.
