Subject = Support for NTFS File System in Windows XP ????

Hi friends I have formatted one of my drive in windows 2000 pro with ntfs
file system and now I installed windows xp and I am unable to open that
drive when I check its properties I am told that the files system of this
drive is RAW. ???? although the Partition Magic says it is NTFS .Since I
have dual boot of xp and 2000, so when I try to open that ntfs drive from
widows 2000 I can open it and windows 2000 says that the file system of this
drive is ntfs. How can I access this drive from windows xp, Also during the
setup of xp I was asked to convert my drive to ntfs but I did not convert it
to ntfs. Please I am badely in need of ur help. I hope that u people would
help me as soon as possible.

please be sure to post things in the appropriate NGs. This groups is only
intended to deal with issues of Windows *Updates* for Win *2000*. So yo
might want to post this to a WinXP Newsgroup. I can confirm that WinXP
supports NTFS though...

Regards,

Fabio
