Can't open multiple windows of IE.

I can't open multiple windows of IE. It seems that Yahoo may have
caused problem. I uninstalled Yahoo and problem persists. I've check
REUSE window in Internet Options. What else can I do?
Each time I want to open multiple web pages, the new web site
autmatically appears over the existing one, so I can onlky access one
site at a time. UGH.
