The only way 'till now that I have seen is downloading SP2. Maybe you had an
incomplete download before for some reason. If I was you I would try
donwloading SP2 again. There is no reason why it should not work. If you
have already done so the, please, be more specific on the "I couldnt open".
What message do you get? Do you have pop-up blocking on your computer?
When I try to open MM2 it says "Unspecified Error"
