Hello,

I have a machine with IE6 SP2 that will not open MS Newsgroups. I get an
Error On Page and the message list and answer panel only take up 1/2 of the
page, and clicking on a message does not display it in the message window.
Please let me know if anyone has seen this or has an answer.

Thanks,
SlackerBoy

I don't, normally, use an HTTP client (Web browser) to access an NNTP server
(news groups). That is what NNTP clients, such as MS Outlook Express were
made for.

Understood, but this user is in an environment where they are limited to what
they are allowed to have installed on their machines. Installing OE or
another reader is not currently an option.

Thanks,

SlackerBoy,

If you are getting an Error on Page you can double click the text and
it will show you what the error is. Typically it has been my
experiance that the error on page is due to a firewall or some other
software blocking the web browser from receiving the entire code for
the page.
