Can't open "Micromedia Flash!

I receive picture cards by e-mail and cannot open them.
I've tried to download Flash and it comes up error. I've
removed enternet explorer and downloaded it agA
 
Who is sending your the cards. If from an unknown source do not try to open
them.
Other wise ask the sender what is needed to open them.
