can't open lotus mail when i enter with normal user

I'm not sure what an "alouts" mail server is, but we'll leave that
along. I'm also not sure what you mean, or why you would "copy the
admininstrator profile to the new account". But we'll leave that alone
also.

Try, when logged in to the the account that is part of the company
domain, re-install Lotus Notes client.

hi all:

i'm using winXP pro in our company we have alouts mail server ...and i
have account there ...i install lotus client as administrator and it
work just fine ...after a while i entered my pc to the company domain
...and i copy the administrator profile to my new account and every
thing gona wright ...but when i tried to open lotus nots as adomain
user ..it just plink on the screen for a moments and disappear....what
i can do to solve the problem..??????/

first....

louts notes is a program that can act as mail server...and save all
users accounts on it...workstation must install louts client to connect
to the server and so on.....

i tried your way but it doesn't work i recieved the same result....but
i solve it ...i go to the program directory(LOTUS) and from
properties>security>add ..and assign the user full access to the folder
and that is all....

Yes ... I suspected it was a permissions thing. I was thinking that the
ID that was part of the domain would give you the right permissions.
Just give the same persmissions to that ID and it should work.
