Can't open links

Everytime I double click on a link either nothing happens
or the outline of the new window appears and doesn't
completely open.. I recently installed Windows Xp aand
haaven't a clue why I can't get these links to open...
thanks for any help you can give me.....
 
Internet Explorer "new Window" & Script error problems

I have spoken with 2 wed design/admin's and they could

not fix their IE. All of us downloaded the avant browser,
it WORKS. you still need IE 6 installed
 
I have the same problem using XP and IE6.

At http://www4.bmo.com/personal/0,4344,35649_36595,00.html

If I click on Today's rates - nothing happens

The properties of the hyperlink show
javascript:customPopup('http://www.bmo.com/rates/index.html',%

For some hyperlinks I can workaround the problem by copying and
pasting the URL. Other URLs contained in hyperlinks return the message
Not Found

Problem solved. The links didwere blocked by AdSubtract. When I
dusabled AdSubTract the links worked!

You can analyse what types of link work or not by putting the ointer
on the link . right click > Properties
