can't open links in website

I'm running XP 5.0 sp1. Since upgrading to Norton AntiVirus 2004 I cannot
click on a link in a website and have it work. I've checked the
URL:hypertext Transfer Protocol and it appears to be ok. Any thoughts on
what to do?

Open "run" and type in regsvr32 urlmon.dll click ok
then open Internet Explorer and go to Tools>Internet Options>Programs and
click on 'Reset Web Settings...' Try the hyperlinks again.
