Can't open .JPG's

Unlike other people on here, I can save pictures off the
Web as .JPG's, but I cant open them with anything I have.
Photoshop, Paint!, etc...

Any opinions?
 
I'm having the same problem and have noticed a lot of similar postings today. One person said that this has been happenign for about a week.

Have you received a response from anyone who has been able to help you with this problem? If you have, would you mind sharing it with me?
