When I double click icon or go to the program, I get an error message : Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Anybody have any ideas on this one? Thanks

You can turn off error reporting for IE and see if that works so you can
find and fix the problem.
Goto Start , help, type : error reporting and you will see how to turn
this off. You can turn it off the same way you turn it on. Note: this is
just a temperary fix you should install all updates and scan for viruses and
Malware.
