Can't open Internet Explorer

Hello

I'm trying to get Internet Explorer working on my computer so I downloaded
Internet Explorer 7 from Microsoft's website and it completed okay, I think,
but there isn't any icon or .exe to start it. What gives? I'm using XP
Home. Everything else works fine on this computer including Mozilla Firefox
and Opera.
