Somehow MS Antispyware has blocked a startup .dll IE file,
but it does not show up anywhere as being blocked. How do
I unblock it?

Hello TBear

Go to Tools > Realtime Protection > View All Blocked
Events to see if its blºcked there.

And most importantly, when your problem is resolved, let
everyone know!!! Many people put a lot of time and effort
into helping. Let them know what suggestions worked.

Good luck

That was the first thing I checked. There are no entries.

Also, this is under ADMIN. I added another user and there
is no problem with that user - problem remains with ADMIN.

The actual blocked file is "shell32.dll" for IE only.
Netscape does not have the problem.
