Can't open email weblinks in OL 2002

Hi

Maybe a simple question, but somehow this setting was changed I now cannot open a web link in an email message. When doing so I get a menu titled "locate link browser" A choice was IE and I clicked that to no avai

Any help appreciated

Browse to IEXPLORER.EXE and press Open
