cant open database after using user level security

hi, i setup a database at work and with the intentions to secure it, went
through the user level security wizard. now, when i try to open it, ai get an
error message saying that there are no read definitions and some how
permissions are denied. it is as if it does not recognize me. i apparently
made two mistakes, although i figured these out after reading through
msaccess help. i did not run workgroup administrator before running the
wizard and when i did run the wizard, i did not leave the radio button for
default file clicked and instead chose to create a new file. i printed the
wizard report with all the user and group personal ids. it does not let me
open it at all, even the backup copy it created, i am unable to open.

please help!!

The wizard should have created a shortcut on your desktop. Try using that
shortcut to open your database and report back here with the result.
