Can't open contacts

I downloaded the Business Manager for Outlook update and upon opening Outlook
it attempts to "Finalizing update for Outlook with Business Manager w/
Outlook" and quits about 2/3rds of the way through saying it could not
complete actions.
Now I can't open my conacts at all.
Any ideas how to get it to finish or should I just uninstall the whole thing?

For the error message that you stated try the following and see if it works
1)do a detect and repair of Office from add/rem Programs
2)Create a new profile it u are unsure use the link provided below

3)go to start > run > regedit > navigate to the following folder under HKCU
Software > Microsoft > Office > 11.0 >
Outlook > Option > General and delete the PONT_STRING value present to the
right .You would have to restart the system and check if it works

I ended up doing a detect and repair under the help tab and it restored it to
what it was before downloading it. I will keep it that way for now.
