I recently upgraded my Dell Dimension XPS T-500 from Win
98SE to Office 2K Professional. Also did upgrades to
Office 2K Professional through SP-3. Problem is, I can see
my contacts, but I can't open a contact to edit it, or add
a new contact. When I do, I get the hourglass and have to
go to task manager to exit as "Outlook is not responding".
Outlook essentially locks-up.
I did a complete uninstall of Office 2k and even ran
Eraser2K. After reinstall, Outlook Contacts worked fine,
but then somewhere between SP-1 and SP-3, problem has
reoccurred- can't add a contact or edit one
Help! Thank you. Sincerely,
Tim Weber
