Can't open contact(s) in BCM

After installing Quicken's Intellisync I noticed the following after running
a sync:
When trying to open a contact I got this error:
"Business Contact Manager could not complete your last action or actions.
Please try again."

I'm not sure the Intellisync had anything to do with it. Any ideas on how
to regain access to my BCM contacts?
 
What will happen to all my e-mails and contacts if I do this?

· Step 3: Create a new Outlook profile.



1. Click on Start and select control panel.

2. Select switch to classic view to view
many control panel icons.

3. Select and open mail icon.

4. Click on show profiles button.

5. On the General tab, click to select the
Prompt for a profile to be used check box

6. Click on Add button.

7. In the Profile Name box, type a
descriptive name for the new profile, and then click OK

8. This would prompt you to add a new email
account.

9. Click on Next to configure new email
account.

10. Depending upon your email service, select
the appropriate options to configure the email account.

11. Once finished click on close button to exit
the Mail options dialog.
 
    What will happen to all my e-mails and contacts if I do this?

If you create a new Outlook profile, when you start Outlook with that
profile,
BCM will prompt you to create a new BCM database for that profile, or
select one of your existing BCM databases.
