Cant open com ports

Hi guys, iam trying 2 play settlers 2 gold edition, and want 2 play 2 player on the same computer. but when i starts the game, a dos-based window opens and error message appears and says "systemcant open the com2 port" i can ignore the message and then play the game but both mouses works as 1 player. i have a ps2 mouse and a seriel mouse connected, is there anything i can do to get it working??

Dont anybody have an idé on what to do???

Which OS do you have? It must be quite an old game to require a COM2 mouse?

Naw, the "game" requires two PCs connected via their COM ports ... some PCs these days don't seem to have them.

In any case, you'll still need two PCs
