Can't open attachments in Outlook Express!?!

Hi,
Since a while, I cannot open any of e-mail attachments in
Outlook Express. The attachments are shown, but just
dimmed. I use Windows XP Pro and IE
6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633. I don't remember when
this problem first occured. Please HELP!!!
