cant open attachment from excel

my sister is trying to send me a copy of a spreadsheet from microsoft excel
and my email wont let me open it...says create association i have windows
vista.
 
Do you have Microsoft Office?
You can't open a spreadsheet file unless you have Excel installed on
your computer.
