I receive the foloowing information when trying to open my
Access database:
"This database is in an unexpected state. Microsoft Access
can't open it."
We have some computers using Access 2000 and the (2)
ACCESS DB admins have Access 2002. The database in
question was originally created in Access 97.
We cannot repair this DB with any of the MS supplied
programs. The compact/repair or convert features produce
the same message as above. Cannot import the data into a
new DB either (same error message).
Is there any way we can recover the data? Our backup
system has a problem and we have not been able to get a
good backup for the last week.
Any help is appreciated.
