The Windoze Vista help File states:
To change the behavior of the User Account Control message for
administrators in Admin Approval Mode - - Click Start, click All Programs,
click Accessories, click Run, type secpol.msc in the Open box, and then click
OK.
Trouble is, like all other Windoze help files, it is wrong. There is NO
"secpol.msc" or, at least the popup says there isn't. Now, is there really a
way to make permissions stick? Every time I change them, they pop back to the
way MS wants it, not how I want it.
