I am having two problems. 1) I use hotmail, everytime I
try to open an attachment my hotmail logon screen
reappears. 2)Some websites that I visit require the my
computer be set to allow cookies. I have the setting set
to allow all cookies, yet the popup is telling me that the
browser is blocking them. Will reistalling IE6 fix this,
or is there an easier fix. If I have to reinstall, should
can I go directly over the existing one?I

Open Outlook Express and from the Toolbar select:
Tools > Options > Security (tab) and uncheck:

"DO NOT ALLOW ATTACHMENTS TO BE SAVED
OR OPENED THAT COULD POTENTIALLY BE A VIRUS"
and click APPLY.

Cookie issues:
Blocking Unwanted Cookies with IE 6
There are several new features built-in to IE 6, one of them is the ability
to accept and\or block any or all cookies if desired.
