Can't log on

When I turn on my computer I get a screen with a user name and password I can't get into the user name because I don't know the password. I can't even create a new user on my computer please help me.

Have you tried leaving the password field completely empty?
 
try loging on as administrator
press CTRL+ALT+DEL (somtimes twice) at the logon sreen and type "administrator" in the username field with no password. this will work if you havent changed "administrator"'s password
