can't log on;

Hi, my computer will being to load and half-way through, retart again, never
loading up for service. I may not be explaining it just right, but the
computer starts and continues starting, never finishing so that I can work.

On the internet, people are saying to re=install. Well, I don't know how to
do that. What should I do? Thanks.

Tap the F8 key during the boot process and when a menu appears, choose the
last known good configuration.
