Steve

I can't log on to PayPal. I have no trouble anywhere else.
I called my provider and after trying the on line chat 4
times and three phone calls I finally got to level 2 help.
They had me go to the C:\ and look around. THey told me I
was pinging myself. I did some sort of release and then
typed in the specific numbers for PayPal and I got there.
Now two days later I go to use the link from an email and
I get the same error, "Can't find server or DNS error".
What is wrong and how do I fix it? Some times I can get to
the home page but can't use any functions of the site.
I am using Windows 2000 pro with IE 6.0.2800.11061C.
Thank you in advance for your help.

It may be a HOSTS file problem.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.
