can anyone help? i can't get into Hotmail or secure?
sites. I checked the settings that it suggested but no
dice. i appreciate any suggestions. I've restarted many
times.

i found an answer in another group, it said to run
regsvr32 softpub.dll

i did and it worked, do you, or anyone else know what
this is by any chance, so far it's fixed the problem.
Just curious.
