can't log in, Ease of access doesn't work, key pad filter pop up..

I'm running Vista and have all the problems listed above + I can't boot from
my recovery disk (I get the hit any key to boot from CD, than it trys to
start normally).

My password is not recognized.
The password is good, 1 time yesterday ease of access worked and I used the
virtual keypad, now ease of access doesn't work.

Any idesa?

Update: I just logged on by using "Caps Lock"
More info:
I recently installed microsoft updates

I recently installed spybot (Which locked up the first time I used it)

When I connected to the internet yesterday using firefox, every email or
link I clicked on opened in a new window. I checked settings and everything
was normal (Open in new tab)

Update 2:
I removed Spy Bot, did a full virus and spyware scan (Zone Alarm Pro), did a
system restore to the point before SpyBot and updates

I have run system restore 4 times, it failed every time (Turned off program
control in Zone alarm to make it work)

Ran scan disk
