cant log in as admin

I was setting up a network of two computers and was
fiddling about with users rights and changed the rights to
restricted on my child's pc.The modem was playing up so I
deinstalled it.When I rebooted a New hardware was detected
window popped up and when I went to install drivers it
wouldn't let me saying I had restricted rights. when I log
off to get to the admin account which I had no password
for it wont let me.Help?

Nah. Google for "administrator password" (without the quotes), and you'll
get a bunch of hits, including:
