can't locate program

I hope that this is the proper forum for this question:

I found an image resizing program among the Windows Power Toys and
downloaded it. I double-clicked to intall it and ran it through the
Install Wizard. The problem is that now I can't locate it to use it. I
am aware that it simply adds a "Resize" functionality to a right-click
on an photo, but that addition is not made to the dropdown menu that
appears with my right click.

A file search revealed the installer in "C:\Windows\downloaded
installations" but double-clicking that file simply brings up the
Install Wizard, this time to either modify or remove the program
(apparently, it is correctly installed). The "Readme" in the programs
list of "Start" says that it is usually filed in System 32, but all I
can find there is the "Readme" file. The Powertoy is listed in
"Add/Remove Programs" as a 0.4 Mb program.

Can someone offer any suggestions?

System is XP Home SP1 fully patched, Norton AV, Ad-Aware, SpyBot,
SpywareBlaster

Have you tried to look in the Program Files under your root drive? That
is where most programs are stored.

Yes, I've looked there as well. The thing that is most puzzling is that
my systech for the company that built my system downloaded the same
Power Toy while I was on the phone with him and he indicated that his
worked properly. . .that the "resize" option had been added to his
right-click dropdown menu when he used it over a screen print bitmap. I
tried the same thing as he walked me through it over the phone and found
no "resize" option. He indicated that I should not have to locate the
program to open it; it should simply add the "resize" functionality to
the dropdown.
