I have tried 3 times now and cannot load it. I have Xp pro (2002 version) w/

Why are you staring a new thread?
As I mentioned before, best practice is to roll back to IE6. Then
upgrade to SP3. Then upgrade to either IE7 or IE8.
To make things easier to follow, please return to your other thread!

Incorrect - SP 2 is all that is needed for 32-bit XP. See the system
