When I boot I get this message "Unable to start drivers for HPHipm09.exe". This is follwed by the usual XP error report popup. I have uninstalled my HP 1315 and uninstalled the software then reinstalled everything, but the problem still exists. I have gone to the HP site to download udated drivers but for some reason I cannot dowload from their site (have cable & no problems with downloading anything else from the net). HP was of no help at all and wanted to charge me for advice. Can anyone help me out??
