can't load Custom Control

Greetings Well I need help I want to read a cd in my lap top and I have a
message " Can't load Custom Control DLL:'D:\CONTENT\VSVIEW.VBX' AND i NEED TO
READ THIS BECAUSE I HAVE TO DO MY HOMEWOR WITH THAT CD IS FOR LEARNING
COMPUTERS PLEASE HELP!!!!!

See if this helps: http://www.cciw.com/np4/faq.html. Also check for if
you have to install some software from the CD before you can use it.
VSVIEW.VBX is not part of Windows XP, BTW.
