We can't seem to lengthen the idle time when connecting
with terminal services with wireless laptops to our win
2000 server. I've tried all I can think of including
setting the idle disconnect time to never. The
applications work fine but after about 10 min of idle
time the laptop can only be signed on to the server
by "entering the password for administrator or current
user". This is exactly what happens with an idle time
when signing on to the server keyboard/console directly.
Are there any other places to stop the disconnect for
signing on the server directly or using terminal services?
or to lengthen the idle time? This happens even if no one
else is using the system .
