I've just upgraded to Outlook 2003. When I attempt to send a document from
Word 2002 using the File/Send To/Mail Recipient command, I get the following
error message:
Word could not load e-mail envelope. This could be caused by a network
connection problem or a problem with your office installation.
Question:
How do I get Outlook 2003 to send a document directly from Word 2002/Office
using the File/Send to/Recipient path?
Background:
I upgraded from Outlook 2002 to 2003 via disk.
Outlook 2002 performed operation without any difficulty
I have used Repair option and Reinstall option from disk in an attempt to
resolve issue.
I have reviewed other posts via search for "e-mail envelope" and did not
have any success in performing a repair - therefore I am asking in this forum
again.
There does not seem to be a network connection problem as I am able to get
to the internet and see/do other fucntions on my wireless home network.
