can't install

I am trying to install phonetic keyboard for Urdu language. after clicking
to install, a window appears asking for permission to allow this programme.
after allowing the programme to install, another window appears saying
installatioin has been inturrupted, restart computer and try again. I tried
a few times but every time same thing happens. I guess the intrruption of
the programme is caused by the window appearing to ask permission while it is
installing. Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

First go to the program's mftr.'s website and look for an updated version
and/or patches. If that doesn't pan out, contact their tech support. It
sounds like the program isn't compatible with Vista.
