Can't Install

Hi,

I downloaded the program. Burned it as a data dvd, now it won't install.
I even tried to use "run" and it doesn't recognize it.
I even double clicked the icon of the program on the dvd, but nothing. Could
someone help? Thanks.

You need to "burn the image of the .iso" to the DVD, not burn it as a data
DVD. The good thing is, if a friend was unable to download the file, you
have a ready copy available. The bad news is, you will have to redo yours.
Check with the instructions of your CD/DVD software suite to learn how to
burn an image to a disc.
