I can not install either. Same thing. Download starts, but
fails to install. No wizard appears. I have licenced ME
version. The save to desktop did not work either.
I know that my Windows\system is infected with an Adware
(Abetterinternet)file that I can not remove. I have tried
several times following Norton's instructions. Response is
that windows is using the file, and the other elements
that Norton says it tries to install are not present.
Could this be blocking the download?
