A new disk was supplied to me by my supplier. It won't
get throught the initial set up. He said I should call
Microsoft and they will send another disk to me.

Does anyone know the best way to reach Microsoft to get a
new disk that works?

You will receive no assistance from Microsoft as they do not, will not and,
indeed, cannot assist with OEM installations. *ALL* support - including
replacement discs and installation keys - is provided by your system
supplier. You have no choice but to persue things with them. If they still
insist they cannot help then your only choice is to purchase the full retail
version of the flavour of Windows of your choice (unless you have a
qualifying product - note, Windows 2000 is *NOT* a qualifying product for
Home).
