cant install updates

i have ususally had all my updates done automatically but
as of this week i tried to download one of the critical
updates that i missed. i was not able to download. my
product number is 55274-640-0000356-23236 it is not a
pirated version and i have had no problems since i got
this computer under a year ago. could you please tell me
a rememedy for this or explain why it is happening all of
a sudden

You need to contact Microsoft or the seller because that Product ID is
listed as pirated.
There is no way around it until Microsoft or the seller resolve the
issue.
