I recieved the following error when trying to run SP4:

insufficient system resources exist to complete the
requested service

..... but the Server is plenty of memory and CPU. In fact,
Task Manager does not show any unusual...

any ideas?

PD: i'm reinstalling SP4 (the machine already have it)
because i recieved all days, each 5 or 4 minutes, a
cryptographic service error. And because this, when any
Microsoft patchs appears, i'm not able to run it.

You might try downloading and installing the latest copy of MSI from the
microsoft site first - then try SP4..
