Can't install programs

If the problem repeats again after a restart, read below:

An application is deleting the autoexec.NT file at every startup. I'd do a
full system scan using the free Trend Micro Sysclean package. Instructions

A Downloader Trojan (TrojanDownloader.Win32.Dia.a)placed a program
called Winad Client on my machine. This is the program that has been
removing autoexec.nt and messing with config.nt & command.com.

The biggest problem that causes your particular error is the clock set
wrong, try resetting your clock correctly and all your other problems will
be cured.

When attempting to install some older programs I get a message "16 Bit
Subsystem" c:\windows\System32\Autoexec.nt. The systemn file is not suitable
for running MSDOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose close to
terminate." These programs have worked with XP before, but not now. What
can I do? Thanks
