Can't install Office XP service pack 3 for access 2002 runtime

Everytime I try to upgrade to Office XP SP3 for Access 2002 runtime,
I get an (Installation unsuccesful) error.

Then I go back out to updates and it tells me that I need to install it ???

Try running the update at the following website-

http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate

Reply with the error message if it fails.
