Can't Install MovieMaker 2

I have tried several times to install MovieMaker 2 on my system that has an ATI Radeon All In Wonder 9600 Pro. The notes from Microsoft say get the newest drivers from ATI, so I install those and no joy. Anyone had success with this?
 
Can't install MovieMaker 2?? If I were you I would consider that a blessing.

Turns out it was only the version from MS Update that wouldn't install. I found a copy that I could download, extract and install and that seemed to work fine. Thanks.

Then I guess, you have the same Problem, if you install the
critical-security patches from windowsupdate.microsoft.com?

You don't have sometimes an errormessage, while you are online, your PC is
shuting down in 60 sec...RPC... NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM...?

Perhaps your "Cryptographic Service" is not running anymore (check your
event-log)...
