Where can I go to download this and try installing separately?
Not sure what other options I can do.
Thanks

Hi JCO,

Would you please check the KB number again? It appears to be a invalid KB
number.

I've tried several times and have tried to reboot but it still won't
install.
It is annoying to have the icon in the system tray all the time telling me I
need to do the update again (then it always fails).

Hi JCO,

Googled some information:

Download the "$NtUninstallKB912475$.zip" below and extract the folder to
C:\Windows
http://www.digitalforrest.com/images/killer7/myfiles/$NtUninstallKB912475$.z
ip
Now download the KB913670 update and it will install correctly this time.

If by some chance that fails, run regedit and delete any references to
KB912475
Download the original KB912475 update and install it again.

WindowsXP-KB912475-v3-x86-ENU_0b878456f894ef07b7ff5db899d851d.exe>

Now run the KB913670 update again.

Hope this helps.

Let me know the results.

Notice that it removes a change made by a previous hotfix. If, perchance, you don't have
that hotfix installed, you won't be able to remove it.

Hi JCO,

Glad to hear the method worked.

Have a good day!
