Is anyone else having problems installing it in Windows 2000 SP4? I get
a failed to install message and do see an empty
c:\WUTemp\com_microsoft.Q837009_OE6_SP1\ folder/directory. I got the
other four updates and rebooted just fine. This is in VirtualPC v6.1.1
and MacOS X 10.2.8. I already tried clearing Windows' temp folders
(local and global). Anywhere else to check for logs, corrupted EXE file,
etc.?

Thank you in advance. :)

Hi Lucy, thank you for replying. I will try that when I use W2K image
again. This might be a few days though since I am not with the laptop at
this time. I will follow-up later when I get a chance. :)

Odd. I tried again with Windows Updates and it worked this time. Not
sure what happened!
